These days almost everything you do creates data.

Here at Bowen Back at Your Feet I will always collect, store and use your data such as your name and contact details and your private treatment history safely and securely.

It will be used to provide timely help when you need it, let you know if anything changes to the products or services I provide for you. And so I can provide timely help when you need it the most.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you more control over the data I hold and how I can use it. I will continue to store your data safely and securely and will only keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. None of the data I hold is passed to any 3rd parties or used for any other purposes apart from our agreed treatment plans.

All information and records are kept entirely confidential under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1988 (to be changed on 25th May 2018). No disclosure will be made to any third party, including any member of the client’s own family, without the client’s consent unless it is required by due process of the law, whether that be by Statutory instrument, an order of any court of competent jurisdiction or howsoever otherwise.
